Job summary

City Express Santa Ana Orange County Airport is seeking an Operations Manager OEM to oversee hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance, reporting to a Department Head or General Manager. This exempt role requires overtime as needed to complete responsibilities.

You will drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and associate development while ensuring Aimbridge Hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive experience in Rooms or F&B in a hotel.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Proficient in Windows OS.
• Able to evaluate alternatives quickly and accurately.
• Works well under stress and pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations in absence of GM, including multiple hotel departments.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and profitable operations through revenue and cost controls.
• Assist in recruiting, training and developing associates.
• Participate in required MOD coverage and staff meetings.
• Maintain SOP compliance across operations.
