Job summary

Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a Manager in Training in Raleigh, NC or Greenville, SC, to join an accelerated hotel operations program. The role is full-time and based in the Raleigh/Greenville area with extended travel to PHG hotels.

You will rotate through guest services, housekeeping, accounting, and F&B, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to HR, sales, and revenue management. You’ll receive a competitive salary plus housing reimbursement when traveling and a monthly food stipend,

Responsibilities

Rotate through the functional areas of our hotel properties to gain an understanding of how each department contributes to the success of our operations.
Develop skills and leadership under the guidance of General Managers and other departmental leaders through hands-on work and shadowing.
Learn the operational workings of each department by observing team members, participating in meetings, asking questions, and completing special departmental projects.
Utilize and learn new systems, tools, and equipment in each hotel and department.
Participate in hotel openings and serve as part of the pre-opening team, contributing to the successful launch and operational setup of new properties.
