Job summary

Coury Hospitality invites applicants to join its Leader-in-Training Program, a full-time immersive development path for aspiring hospitality leaders. Participants gain exposure to operations while building leadership skills, with placement across our 45+ locations in the United States.

You’ll work side by side with property leaders, participate in hands-on training, shadow leaders, and develop through formal feedback sessions to prepare for future management roles.

Qualifications

• Recent hospitality graduate or current Coury Hospitality Curator in good standing.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant or guest service preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Coury Hospitality locations across the United States.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Learn core hotel and restaurant operations through hands-on training.
• Shadow leaders across multiple departments and disciplines.
• Support daily operational needs while developing leadership skills.
• Build relationships with Curators, guests, and property leadership.
• Participate in development conversations, feedback sessions, and learning activities.
• Demonstrate Coury Hospitality service pillars and guiding principles.
• Take initiative to solve problems, improve processes, and support team performance.
• Prepare for future leadership opportunities within Coury Hospitality.
