Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree and a preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Nine months of relative industry work experience.
• Leadership and involvement in campus activities.
• Positive references from two previous work experiences.
• Continuous authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Expose trainees to all facets of hotel operations.
• Complete a 6-month Rooms rotation with 18 weeks focus on Rooms Operations.
• Participate in a multi-department rotation across Engineering, Events, Finance, F&B, HR and Sales.
