Qualifications

• Education: 4-year degree with 4–5 years of relevant hotel management experience; or 2-year degree with 5–6 years related experience.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
• Valid driver’s license in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and staff in a friendly, courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance and adapt schedules to hotel needs.
• Ensure adherence to Dreamscape Hospitality standards and safety requirements.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and training sessions.
• Oversee financial reporting accuracy and timely processing of invoices.
• Conduct interviews for management positions and participate in hiring decisions.
• Provide leadership development through training programs and corporate-sponsored initiatives.
• Participate in Manager on Duty (MOD) coverage as scheduled.

Education

4-year college degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience

2-year college degree with 5-6 years of related experience

Proficiency in Windows operating systems

Proficiency with company-approved spreadsheets and word processing software

Valid driver’s license
