Job summary

Aloft Hotels is seeking a Director of Operations to lead hotel-wide operations and drive profitability at our Denver property. You will oversee guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and front-of-house functions, while directing the management team to ensure consistency with brand standards and financial targets.

Responsibilities include optimizing revenue, implementing staffing plans, controlling costs, and maintaining high guest satisfaction, safety, and compliance with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Hotel Operations experience required.
• Three to Five years of Management experience required.
• Knowledge of loyalty programs, brand standards and hospitality industry systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, direct, and manage hotel operations to achieve maximum profitability, ensure guest satisfaction, protect financial assets, and maintain the building.
• Work with Management Team to manage all property activities including employees, maintenance, sales, and profit/loss controls.
• Maximize hotel revenues through up-sell programs, occupancy strategies, and outlet revenues.
• Set quarterly goals for each department and monitor progress toward them.
• Ensure service and product quality standards are met across all hotel areas.
