O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC is hiring a Hotel Director of Operations for DoubleTree by Hilton in Denver-Aurora, CO. The role provides leadership across departments to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals.

You will partner with the GM to set priorities and ensure consistent, high-quality guest experiences. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hotel operations, strong budgeting and staff development skills, and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hotel operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and guest satisfaction knowledge.
• Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to department leaders to meet property goals.
• Partner with General Manager to execute strategic and operational priorities.
• Oversee front desk, rooms, F&B, and other hotel operations for efficient execution.
• Monitor revenue, financial performance, and guest satisfaction; implement action plans.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and operational controls with leadership.
