Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC seeks a Director of Operations for the DoubleTree by Hilton in Denver-Aurora, CO. This role provides executive leadership across departments to achieve property goals, drive guest satisfaction, and optimize financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and operational support to department heads to meet property goals.
• Partners with General Manager to develop and execute strategic priorities.
• Oversees front desk, rooms, food & beverage, and other hotel operations for efficiency.
• Monitors revenue, guest satisfaction, and financial performance; supports action plans.
• Reviews budgets, forecasts, and controls in partnership with leadership.
• Ensures compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and OHM policies.
• Leads staffing, scheduling, labor management, and development of department leaders.
