Job summary

Aloft Scottsdale is seeking a Director of Operations to join our vibrant hotel team. This role leads Rooms, Front Desk, and Guest Services, shaping daily operations and guest experiences in a fast-paced market.

With Crescent Hotels & Resorts backing, you’ll implement standards, manage staffing, budgets, and guest recovery, while collaborating with hotel leadership to drive profitability and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of rooms, front desk, and guest service experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of rooms leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage hotel’s daily quality process and coach staff.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage discipline as needed.
• Provide clear written and verbal direction to staff.
• Supervise Rooms Division managers and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and staffing.
• Address guest complaints with thorough problem resolution and written follow-up.
