Job summary

O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC (OHM) is seeking a Hotel Director of Operations for the DoubleTree by Hilton in Denver-Aurora, CO. You will provide leadership, set priorities with the General Manager, and oversee front desk, rooms, and food & beverage to ensure consistent service.

With at least 5 years in hotel operations and a hospitality or business degree, you will drive revenue, manage budgets, monitor guest satisfaction, and coach department leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years progressive hotel operations experience preferred.
• Experience leading multiple hotel departments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and labor management knowledge.
• Knowledge of guest satisfaction metrics and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational support to department heads to meet property goals.
• Partner with General Manager to execute strategic priorities.
• Oversee front desk, rooms, F&B, and other operations for efficiency.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and financial performance; implement action plans.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cost controls with leadership.
