Job summary

TCC Hotel 1, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee all hotel functions, including night, weekend, and holiday coverage. You will drive operational excellence, financial success, and guest satisfaction across the Doubletree TCC property.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management with at least 5 years in hotel operations, strong leadership, and solid budgeting/P&L experience to foster a high-performing team and an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in hotel operations management.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, and P&L experience.
• Exceptional customer service and guest-satisfaction focus.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to ensure operational success across all hotel functions.
• Lead department heads to achieve goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, including non-traditional hours.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.
• Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally at all times.
• Foster a positive work environment promoting teamwork, communication, and employee development.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive revenue and improve market position, possibly during off-peak times.
