Job summary

Towne Park seeks a Director of Operations to lead the site’s operational performance, aligning financial targets with client satisfaction and staff development. You will steer budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

With 8–10 years in operations and strong P&L oversight, you will partner with hotel leadership on capital projects and service delivery while driving business development and client retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a four-year college or university; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of operations management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with budgets, revenue forecasting and P&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of sales, employment practices and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations to achieve financial and guest satisfaction targets.
• Direct activities of site leaders to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets, marketing and sales plans, and capital budgets.
• Collaborate with client leadership to drive new business opportunities and client retention.
• Develop and implement staffing plans; forecast workforce needs with Talent Acquisition.
• Train and coach leaders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and policies.
