Job summary

The position requires a valid driver's license, and Spanish proficiency is preferred to enhance guest interactions at the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience.
• 2-year degree highly preferred.
• Conversational Spanish preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers (email, word processing, spreadsheets).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall success of the hotel and guest satisfaction targets.
• Provide leadership to the property associates and ensure brand standards.
• Recruit, interview, screen, reference check and hire staff following procedures.
• Onboard and train new associates with ESA training courses.
• Manage cash handling, deposits and budgeting within policy.
