Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help run daily hotel operations, lead a team of hourly staff, and ensure excellence in guest and associate satisfaction. The AGM will train, schedule and direct staff while upholding safety and corporate standards.

This role supports the GM/MUGM and may act as manager on duty as needed. Responsibilities include driving revenue, monitoring budgets, and ensuring high service levels across departments.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills and guest service focus.
• Ability to supervise and motivate 8–15 hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM/MUGM in managing hotel day-to-day operations.
• Lead onboarding, training and scheduling of associates.
• Ensure safety, security and compliance with company policies.
• Drive initiatives to improve revenue, reduce costs and guest satisfaction.
• Act as manager on duty in GM/MUGM's absence and resolve guest issues.
• Oversee inspections, front desk and housekeeping when needed.
