OTO Development is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily hotel operations at our Napa property. You will oversee wages, controllable expenses, and vendor relationships while ensuring exceptional guest service and team engagement.

Formación

• 3+ years of hotel management experience preferred.
• Food and beverage experience preferred.
• Proven success in leading teams and ability to coach, train, praise, and discipline employees.
• High school diploma with college degree preferred.
• Extensive financial knowledge and strong business acumen.
• Valid driver’s license from the appropriate state.
• Drive for results demonstrated through prior leadership positions.
• Action orientation to work efficiently toward operational objectives.
• Strong time management skills across multiple departments.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and support hotel team to manage wages and controllable expenses while maintaining guest and team satisfaction.
• Manage hotel costs across supplies, utilities, food & beverage, and labor within budgeted parameters.
• Ensure service and technical training occurs throughout the property.
• Oversee housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and functionality of rooms and building.
• Review financial reports and identify performance gaps, developing improvement strategies.
• Foster open, fair relationships with team members and ensure engagement results are reviewed.
