• Ability to motivate, train, and lead a hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in developing, implementing, and monitoring financial and operational plans.
• Make recommendations for capital improvements to enhance assets and brand loyalty.
• Plan, assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members.
