Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations including F&B, housekeeping, and front office.
• Manage staffing, training, payroll, and budgeting in line with occupancy.
• Maintain guest relations and prepare reports.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned by the General Manager.
• Ensure inventory controls and adherence to bank procedures.
• Provide training to Front Office staff.
