Phoenix American Hospitality LLC is seeking an Operations Manager for the Residence Inn Cape Canaveral, Florida, to lead day-to-day hotel operations and drive revenue, cost control, and guest satisfaction. You will manage front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B as applicable; serve as Manager on Duty; and coach teams to deliver brand-standard service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive hotel operations experience, OR a 4-year degree with 2+ years of related experience, OR a 2-year degree with 3+ years of related experience.

• Lead departmental training and associate development.
• Forecast revenues and expenses; manage financial performance.
