Job summary

Phoenix American Hospitality LLC is seeking a Night Auditor at our Residence Inn in Cape Canaveral, FL. The role balances nightly revenue, closes daily books in the PMS, and serves as the overnight front desk with warmth and efficiency.

You will resolve billing discrepancies, prepare daily reports, and maintain Marriott-brand standards while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety throughout night shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliation.
• Experience with hotel property management systems or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts independently and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily transactions and close out the business day in the PMS.
• Prepare and distribute daily revenue and operational reports.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with documentation.
• Serve as the overnight front desk associate for check-ins/check-outs and reservations.
