PAH Management is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations at Residence Inn Cape Canaveral. You will oversee front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B where applicable, while acting as Manager on Duty and driving revenue, cost control, and guest satisfaction.

You will develop associates, monitor financial performance, forecast revenues and expenses, and coordinate with department managers to maintain brand standards across our properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive hotel operations experience or related education/experience mix.
• Strong financial forecasting, budgeting, and expense management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.

Responsabilités

• Provide visible day-to-day leadership across hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage as applicable.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) as scheduled and address escalated guest concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Lead departmental training and associate development to uphold service standards and brand expectations.
• Monitor financial performance, conduct monthly reforecast, and ensure timely submission of financial documents.
