• 3+ years of hotel operations or hospitality leadership experience.
• Knowledge of PMS systems and hospitality technology.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service standards and labor management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, guest services, and other departments.
• Lead and support hotel teams to deliver exceptional guest service and operational consistency.
• Collaborate with department leaders on staffing, onboarding, training, and engagement.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, KPI performance, and cost management to drive improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning activities.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to optimize occupancy and guest experience.
