Phoenix American Hospitality LLC in Cape Canaveral, FL, seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards and guest expectations. You will manage quality assurance, inventory, and associate development while aligning with safety regulations.

You will train staff, monitor cleanliness metrics and guest feedback, and coordinate with Front Desk for room readiness, while maintaining budgetary control and vendor

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years progressive housekeeping/rooms operations experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience leading housekeeping operations within a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, laundry operations, inventory management, and quality assurance practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
