Qualifications

• Previous management experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership to motivate teams and deliver service excellence.
• Understanding of hotel financial performance, payroll, and controls.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel systems; front desk experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; hospitality education preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and guest experiences.
• Lead and support department teams to maintain high service, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Provide hands-on leadership across hotel areas with flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Deliver 24/7 on-call operational support while meeting franchise and regulatory requirements.
• Drive guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback and resolving concerns promptly.
• Support revenue optimization through pricing, inventory management, and maintenance planning.
• Contribute to financial performance by monitoring budgets and payroll.
• Oversee invoice coding, purchasing, and inventory management for cost control.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and capital expenditures per policy.
• Foster a positive team culture through recruitment, training, coaching, and engagement.
• Ensure safety standards compliance (OSHA, HAZCOM, Bloodborne Pathogens).
• Maintain a visible presence to assist with inspections and operations.
