Royalton New York is seeking an Operations Manager to help the hotel achieve and exceed targets in financial metrics, guest satisfaction, and team engagement. You will support the hotel and participate in various operational roles as needed to drive performance.

The role focuses on leading teams, implementing service standards, and enhancing profitability while maintaining a guest-centric approach.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as a department manager or Assistant General Manager in select service hotels.
• Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
• An aptitude for self-motivation with a hands-on approach.

Responsabilidades

• Support all aspects of the hotel as requested by the General Manager.
• Lead hotel team in developing and implementing performance strategies.
• Ensure implementation of service and standard initiatives to meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Strive to continually improve guest and team member satisfaction and maximize financial performance for the hotel.
• Achieve budgeted revenues, monitor costs, and maximize profitability across hotel areas.
• Interview, hire, train, and onboard new hires and develop processes for overall success.
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
