Qualifications

• Keep confidential the business functions and guest information.
• Ensure safety and security of guests, associates, and assets.
• Knowledge of fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures.
• Communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hotel operations, budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee brand standards, training, and health & safety compliance.
• Support teams with hands-on leadership and guest service.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and manage accounts payable/receivable.
