Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Assistant General Manager for Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

You will lead multiple departments, uphold brand standards, and mentor staff to deliver memorable service while maintaining a positive, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven record as a successful leader in hospitality management.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel experience.
• College degree or equivalent in Hospitality or Travel & Tourism.
• Hotel experience with Front Desk operations and accounting background.
• Hilton brand experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to maintaining a positive and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations with emphasis on accounting and financials.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance and others.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures and service standards.
• Promote guest-centric culture and high customer satisfaction.
• Address guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
• Monitor online reviews and feedback to improve guest experience.
• Assist in budget planning and monitor financial performance against goals.
• Help control operating expenses and manage departmental budgets.
• Participate in staff recruitment, training and development.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
