The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management of front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.

You will lead and train teams, monitor financial performance, assist budgeting, and collaborate with department heads to optimize service delivery while maintaining compliant safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily financial performance and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
