Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Chattanoogan Hotel in Chattanooga, TN. The role reports to the Chief Engineer and supports daily operations of the Engineering Department to maintain a safe, efficient, and guest-ready property.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a maintenance or engineering team in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Engineer in overseeing daily Engineering operations.
• Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily tasks and projects.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot building systems and address issues promptly to ensure guest comfort.
• Respond to maintenance requests, emergencies, and guest needs.
• Assist with scheduling, work orders, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
• Promote safety, accountability, and exceptional guest service.
