Responsibilities

• Oversee Housekeeping Team: lead daily stand-up and ensure checklists are prepared.
• Schedule Management: assign rooms, verify cleaning, and update PMS for availability.
• Status Reports: reconcile room status reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Storage Rooms: maintain organization of storage and laundry areas.
• Maintenance Requests: monitor work orders and coordinate with Engineering.
• Supply Management: maintain stock of housekeeping and laundry supplies.
• Inventory: conduct monthly/quarterly inventories.
• Lost and Found: manage procedures.
• Assign supervisor duties and ensure quality checks.
• Chemical Safety: monitor hazardous chemical use per OSHA standards.
• Complete Daily Objectives: open/close department and inspect rooms.
