Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations at the Minneapolis Saint Paul Airport property. You will supervise multiple departments, partner with the General Manager, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This overtime-eligible manager role requires supervisory background, calm under pressure, and certifications in food safety, CPR, and First Aid.
Qualificações
- Five years of progressive hotel experience or equivalent supervisory background.
- Must hold or obtain Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities required.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee multiple departments and drive hotel profitability.
- Proactively spot challenges and improve daily operations.
- Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff and support development.
- Maintain clear lines of communication with colleagues and guests.
- Handle financial data to support hotel operations.
