Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel operations experience preferred.
• Experience leading multiple hotel departments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business or related field preferred; equivalent combination may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and operational oversight to department leaders to achieve property goals.
• Partners with General Manager to develop and execute strategic priorities.
• Oversees front desk, rooms, F&B and other hotel operations for efficient execution.
• Monitors performance, guest satisfaction, and financial results; supports action plans.
• Develops budgets, forecasts, and operational controls with leadership.
• Manages revenue and profitability targets and ensures achievable targets.
• Ensures standard operating procedures, OHM standards, and brand requirements are followed.
• Responds to escalated guest concerns and ensures resolution and follow-up.
• Staffing, scheduling, labor management, and workforce planning support.
• Oversees inventory, purchasing, and cost-control practices.
