O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC (OHM) is seeking a Front Office Manager for the Doubletree Hotel by Hilton in Aurora, CO. You will oversee daily front desk operations, supervise the team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across breakfast and F&B as needed.

The role requires strong leadership, budget awareness, and coordination with housekeeping, sales, and engineering to maximize RevPAR and guest satisfaction. A hospitality-focused degree and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business.
• Two-year supervisory and one-year line-level experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus.
