O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC seeks a Front Office Manager for the Doubletree Aurora in Aurora, CO. You will supervise the front desk and may oversee breakfast and F&B teams to maintain service standards and operational efficiency.

Role emphasizes cost control, guest satisfaction, and collaboration with housekeeping, F&B, sales, and engineering to maximize revenue and brand quality.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, management, or business.
• Two-year supervisory experience, one-year line-level experience, OR an equivalent level of education and experience.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license to drive hotel shuttle as needed.
• Commitment to OHM brand standards and world-class guest service.
• Evening, weekend and holiday availability as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations and supervise front desk team.
• Maintain OHM and brand standards of service quality; ensure guest needs are met.
• Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses for the guest services department.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, sales and engineering.
• Develop short- and long-term financial and operational plans for the front desk.
• Participate in property revenue meetings to maximize revenue and profit.
• Lead team development and ensure training per OHM standards.
