Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Director of Operations in Houston to supervise hotel departments and guide daily operations toward brand standards. You will partner with the GM on forecasts, budgets, and revenue strategies while ensuring excellent guest service and staff performance across all departments.

Qualifications

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to standards.
• Oversee hotel departments to ensure optimal service for guests.
• Assist GM with forecasts, reports and budgets to maximize revenue while ensuring adequate staff and supplies.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and brand standards and work toward improving satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with sales to discuss strategies to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Oversee front office systems and equipment for optimum performance.
• Ensure internal audit standards are met and payroll functions are properly handled.
