Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 4 years’ guest services/front desk/related experience.
• Or a 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related major with 2 years’ guest services/front desk/related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports successful execution of hotel operations across departments and manages staff.
• Leads team to meet guest satisfaction targets and property goals.
• Ensures standards and procedures are followed and supports profitability.
• Conducts hiring, training, and scheduling to align with guest demand.
