Courtyard Seattle SeaTac Airport is seeking an Operations Manager who is guest-focused and results-driven to lead hotel operations, develop the team, and uphold service standards. You will drive profitability while maintaining brand integrity and fostering a positive, guest-first work culture.

This role emphasizes people leadership, guest service, and business performance, with a strong focus on collaboration across departments to meet hotel goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related hospitality experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a hotel.
• Experience supervising multiple hotel departments preferred.
• Experience with budgets, labor management, and cost controls.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong computer and software skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with hotel systems such as OnQ, Opera, FOSSE, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack is a plus.
• Schedule flexibility and valid driver's license.
