McKibbon Hospitality seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead hotel operations alongside the General Manager. You will drive guest satisfaction, brand quality, budgeting, labor, and staff development while upholding McKibbon’s guiding principles.

You’ll train teams, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with HR, accounting, revenue, and sales to meet property goals. On-site role with potential cross-property support.

Formación

• Experience with major hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatt (highly desired).
• Ability to lead a team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service.
• Ability to implement procedures related to cost control and inventory management.
• Ensure hotel policies and brand standards are followed.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in diverse settings.
• Leadership development of staff and positive relationships with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations with General Manager to meet business goals.
• Manage guest satisfaction, brand quality assurance, budget, labor and associates.
• Train associates on brand standards to boost revenue and service culture.
• Supervise staff with positive engagement to improve service and retention.
• Ensure safety, security and service quality across all operations.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue, and Sales.
• Fill in at various hotel operations as needed.
• Handle administrative processes and cash management reporting.
• Attend weekly and monthly meetings at hotel and corporate levels.
• Lead day-to-day operations in GM's absence and assist in hiring/training.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback; create staffing schedules.
• Document incidents, ensure compliance, and uphold policies.
• Embody McKibbon’s Guiding Principles in everyday work.
