Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel supervisory or management experience.
• Marriott Brand experience strongly preferred.
• Full operational knowledge of property management system.
• Flexible in work hours and adapt to fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide vision for staff by promoting brand standards.
• Interview, hire and onboard new staff for guest service quality.
• Ensure new hires receive orientation and ongoing training.
• Schedule staff for service levels that balance guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Coach and mentor staff to improve associate satisfaction.
• Handle deposits and collect payments as needed.
• Identify opportunities to drive incremental revenue during high demand.
• Inspect facilities daily and coordinate with leaders on maintenance issues.
• Provide feedback on guest and associate surveys to improve performance.
• Resolve guest complaints to their satisfaction.
