Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Hospitality Management.
• Bachelor's or higher degree preferred in arts, business, or science fields.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Effectively manage staff across multiple hotel departments and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop and manage annual and long-term operation, sales and marketing goals.
• Resolve customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction.
• Ensure safety policies and training compliance.
• Prepare reports for General Manager and corporate management.
