Qualifications

• Five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or F&B) or a four-year degree with 2–3 years, or a two-year degree with 3–4 years of related experience.
• Supervisory background required.
• Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
• Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple departments and drive profitability by managing teams and coordinating with the General Manager.
• Proactively identify challenges and address them to keep daily hotel operations running smoothly.
• Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff and support growth through development programs.
• Listen actively, communicate clearly with colleagues and guests.
• Work with financial data to support hotel operations and decision making.
• Leverage Windows OS for reporting and operations tracking.
• Set professional standards for appearance and grooming in line with company guidelines.
• Provide a friendly, service-focused guest experience and supportive team environment.
