M&R Hotel Management is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to partner with the Area General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations, financial performance, and team development. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive hotel operations experience.
• 2–3 years at a department head or above level preferred.
• Experience with budgets, P&L accountability, and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee hotel departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
• Act as GM in GM’s absence and lead daily stand-ups and leadership meetings.
• Monitor SOPs and ensure brand and company standards are met.
• Identify revenue opportunities and manage operating budgets and capital plans.
• Develop talent, coach department heads, and partner with People & Culture on HR processes.
