Job summary

Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead hotel operations, support the General Manager, and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

You will oversee daily staff, coordinate departments, manage budgets, and mentor teams toward future leadership roles, including General Manager. This role offers a clear path to advancement within HVMG's nationwide portfolio and a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest experiences.
• Oversee daily staff operations and coordinate departments; assist with budget management.
• Report to the General Manager and drive leadership development for future roles.
• Lead with a hands-on approach to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and financial performance.
