Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead hotel operations and support the General Manager in driving excellence. The role focuses on daily staff oversight, budget considerations, and guest satisfaction, with a clear path toward future leadership opportunities within our hospitality portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have either a college degree or 2+ years of hotel experience, with prior similar role experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• A college degree or at least 2 years of hotel experience.
• A combination of education and hospitality experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily staff operations, assist with budget management, and resolve guest issues.
• Report to the General Manager.
• Opportunities for advancement into roles such as General Manager or operations leadership.

Education
