Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a General Manager in Naples, FL to lead all hotel operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee departments, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve financial and service goals, ensuring a well-run property and positive working environment.

Responsibilities include leading staff, monitoring profitability and reputation, and reporting to the Regional Director or VP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 Hotel General Manager Experience, Required.
• Hotel Branded Experience, Highly Preferred.
• Ability to lead Revenue and Sales Disciplines.
• Flexible Scheduling Availability, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

You’ll oversee departments, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve financial and service goals. Your leadership ensures a well-run property that delivers exceptional guest experiences and a positive work environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• You will be the driving force behind our hotel's success, overseeing all aspects of operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Your daily tasks will include managing staff, budgets, and the overall profitability and reputation of the hotel.
• You will report to the Regional Director or Vice President.
• A career as a general manager can lead to various executive-level opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as regional director, vice president of operations, or even corporate-level positions.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and/or combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) to Five (5) Hotel General Manager Experience, Required.
• Hotel Branded Experience, Highly Preferred.
• Ability to lead Revenue and Sales Disciplines.
• Flexible Scheduling Availability, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

• Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
