Job summary

Paradise Inn in Washington state seeks an experienced hospitality operations manager to oversee daily hotel activities and floor management. You will supervise staff, maintain high guest service standards, and collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant GM to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include directing workers, conducting daily pre-shift meetings, managing cash handling and asset security, and addressing guest needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years of related management experience.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, problem solve, and direct workers to ensure efficient task completion and alignment with company values.
• Communicate with General Manager, Assistant General Manager, HR, guests, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and write shift reports; ensure proper shift coverage and meal breaks.
• Oversee cash handling, asset security, key controls, and related accounting functions.
• Participate in pre- and post-season hotel operations setups/teardowns and resolve guest issues.
