Job summary

Paradise Inn in Washington state seeks an experienced hotel operations supervisor to oversee daily guest services, floor management, and staff supervision. You will coordinate with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in related management, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in related management roles.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily operations to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with GM, AGM, other departments, and guests as needed.
• Attend management and safety meetings and report on shifts.
• Prepare and review daily shift reports and staffing coverage.
• Manage meal breaks, staff conflicts, and cash handling procedures.
• Support pre/post season hotel, F&B, and retail setups under supervision.
• Oversee staff performance and resolve guest issues promptly.
