Job summary

Paradise Inn seeks a hotel operations supervisor to oversee daily guest services and floor management, collaborating with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and safety. You will monitor staff, conduct pre-shift meetings, manage shift coverage, and resolve guest issues while ensuring proper cash handling and asset security.

A high school diploma or GED is required; a BA/BS is preferred, with 3+ years in related management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's or business degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related management experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations and direct staff to ensure safe, efficient tasks.
• Communicate with General Manager, AGM, and guests; attend safety meetings.
• Ensure shift coverage, manage meal breaks, and resolve staffing conflicts.
• Oversee cash handling, asset security, and department records.
• Assist with pre/post-season setups for hotel operations.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain high guest service standards.
