Job summary

Rainier Guest Services, LLC is seeking a hotel operations manager for Paradise Inn in Washington. You will monitor daily operations, supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to uphold service standards.

Responsibilities include pre-shift meetings, cash handling controls, safety compliance, and resolving guest concerns. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s preferred; minimum three years in management;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of related management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, problem-solve, and direct workers to ensure safe, efficient task completion.
• Communicate with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager and other stakeholders.
• Attend safety meetings and conduct daily pre-shift meetings with shift reports.
• Ensure proper shift coverage, manage meal breaks, and address staffing conflicts.
• Oversee cash handling, asset security, and key controls in line with policy.
• Assist in pre/post-season setups for hotel, F&B, and Retail operations.
• Supervise staff and resolve guest issues; maintain records (schedules, payroll, deposits).
