Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel leadership (front desk and back-of-house).

Responsibilities

• Lead operations in the absence of the General Manager and mentor staff.
• Train staff and lead daily huddles to ensure high performance.
• Post checks in PMS, manage weekly labor tracking, and payment reports.
• Maintain guest readiness and address guest concerns, monitor feedback.
• Oversee housekeeping and room assignments; manage inventory and vendors.
• Support sales and marketing efforts to promote occupancy and community relations.
• Ensure emergency procedures are followed and collaborate with departments.
