Sonesta International Hotels is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee front desk, food and beverage, housekeeping and admin functions. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, maintain standards, and manage departmental budgets.

Responsibilities include staff training, end-of-month financial reporting, and ensuring safety and brand compliance. The role requires travel and strong leadership to optimize hotel performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in the hotel industry.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; other languages beneficial.
• Strong communication, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk, food service, housekeeping and admin functions to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare Month End Reporting for hotel financials.
• Control expenses and monitor inventory across departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, brand standards and procedures.
• Recruit, train and manage staff across three departments.
• Act as Manager on Duty and drive guest sales leads.
